Our monthly administration fee is $130 usd + taxes
We manages a diverse portfolio of properties including apartments and homes in Tamarindo, Langosta area.
Amenities vary by property, but may include Wi-Fi, cable TV, fully equipped kitchens, linens, towels, and more. Please refer to the specific property listing for details.

Our management program is design to be hands free to the owners. We take care of your investment, you dont have to worry about anything.
A/ Yes. However, a property can also be acquired through a corporation, which is usually recommended
to separate possible personal liabilities that may jeopardize the property and also to facilitate the
closing procedure and future operating needs in relation to the management of the property. A Costa
Rican holding company may also be required by a foreigner in order to have access to certain public
services.
Exception: In the case of properties located in the restricted zone of the MTZ, a foreign person can only
be the beneficiary of 49% of the concession’s rights or 49% of the shares of the company holding the
concession rights.
Property taxes are a 0.25% of the property price per year. Meaning, for every $100,000 you pay $250 usd per year.
The process is super easy and similar to the US and Canada.
After your offer is accepted, you get 10 days to open an escrow account and transfer a 10% down payment which is completely refundable during the due diligence period.
After due diligence is accepted your deposit becomes non refundable, and you are ready to close.
We have some costarrican banks that offer financing for foreigners with interests rates starting at 9% which is a common rate in the country.
